He is an international tax expert specializing in providing technology solutions for international tax calculations and compliance. His past experience includes 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a senior manager in the international tax services practice. Mr. Wain is a recognized leader in the quantitative aspects of international tax. His areas of focus include FAS 109, Accounting for Income Taxes, Section 199 DPA deduction, IC-DISC, Section 1.861 expense allocation and apportionment, and international tax compliance. He is a leading expert on detailed mathematical FSC, ETI, and IC-DISC calculations. Mr. Wain graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Accounting.
